As our Administrator, you will play a vital role in keeping our office running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and provide support to management and staff across various departments.

What you’ll be doing:
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and general office organisation
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Providing customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders
- General reception duties
- Responding to emails and transfer of emails to the correct departments and branches
- High level of day-to-day data entry
- Communicate and compile reports as required
Skills & Experience:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
