EarthTrac is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As our Administrator, you will play a vital role in keeping our office running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and provide support to management and staff across various departments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and general office organisation
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Providing customer service support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • General reception duties
  • Responding to emails and transfer of emails to the correct departments and branches
  • High level of day-to-day data entry
  • Communicate and compile reports as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
